Return Policy

Deluxe CCTV offers a 14 day 100% money back guarantee (minus shipping charges) for all un-opened, un-installed products. Simply send the un-opened product back for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase.

There will be a 25% restocking fee for all opened/installed products. No refunds are given after 14 days from purchase date, only exchanges for the same product if product has a factory defect. (Sorry, no exceptions due to the nature of our products).

We cannot accept the return of certain items for refund, including:

  • Special order products
  • Fees for service performed or shipping
  • Single use products such as pepper spray
  • Custom built products such as Hidden cameras
  • Activated GPS Tracking devices
  • Counter-surveillance detectors
  • Hidden Cameras
  • Computer Spy Devices

All Sales on the above listed items are final.

All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer or a factory defect. All returns must be authorized by Deluxe CCTV before products are returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Deluxe CCTV will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned products at Deluxe CCTV'S discretion. Please allow 5-10 business days for our techs to determine the problem of a faulty product.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of Deluxe CCTV, at which time, the consumer must obtain an RMA number and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Simply call Customer Service at 916-899-1263 to process the return.

To insure that you're returned merchandise gets properly and quickly processed. Please make sure that your RMA # is clearly marked on your package. Preferably on the shipping label. If we receive a returned product without an RMA#, the product will be returned to sender.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned items safely reach Deluxe CCTV.
  • Deluxe CCTV is not liable for any items lost or damaged in shipping! It is advised that you purchase shipping insurance from your shipping service.
  • Any defective item must be returned to Deluxe CCTV before a replacement will be issued!
  • Deluxe CCTV will at our discretion grant a replacement before receiving the original defective item. Only if certain terms are met.
  • The customer must secure the replacement item with a valid credit card. Your card will be authorized for the retail price of that item plus shipping cost.
  • If Deluxe CCTV does not receive the original item within 7 days after the customer receives the replacement item. Deluxe CCTV will process that credit card for the retail price plus shipping cost. Items that are damaged by the customer, modified or damaged in shipping will not be accepted. Deluxe CCTV Security will process the authorized credit card for the retail price plus shipping cost. Sorry there will be no exceptions to this!

No discontinued items may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion. No refunds will be given after 14 days after purchase date. We will only exchange for the same product if there is a defect.

We guarantee all Deluxe CCTV products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days after sale or install unless otherwise stated on the item description. We will replace or repair, at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration at our cost for the first 30 days. After the 30 day guarantee is up, it is up to the owner to cover all shipping charges to send a product back if it has a problem. Any alteration to the product voids all warranty. There is a 1 year warranty on all of our products unless otherwise stated. When returning a product, the product must be in the original box and must be in a resalable condition. Any items missing will be deducted from the credit. We are not responsible for the shipping charges for returning an item or items back to us. There will be no returns on any hidden cameras due to the nature of the product.

Shipping

Most orders will ship out the same day.
Your product will be shipped using UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or DHL Ground/Express depending on the product. Next Day, three day, and second day air service available at actual cost.

Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult an attorney, or your local law enforcement dept. regarding such laws before placing an order. Deluxe-CCTV is not responsible if you do not comply with your local laws.

Pricing and Availability Policy

Our prices change often due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. Our Company does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our Web site at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.

Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.

Cancellations

We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations cost us time and processing expenses, therefore we have a $20 cancellation fee to cover the time and fees we incurred. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee.

Unjustified Credit Card Charge backs

A chargeback is when a customer disputes a charge made on his card. If the cardholder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you to ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction. If you initiate a dispute prior to requesting an RMA number, that request will not be considered until the dispute is canceled/ reversed.

Please read and acknowledge our cancellation, return, replacement, order acceptance, and payment policies prior to placing an order. Our system does not allow our customers to place an order until they have complied with this request. We do this to confirm that both parties understand the expectations in entering a business agreement. If, after reviewing our policies, you place your order, you are consenting to abide by our policies. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable in our interactions.

In accordance with this, we will charge a $75 penalty fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company. We will also report all unjustified charge backs to ChargeBackProtection.org, thereby banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection.org.

Examples of unjustified charge backs are: a customer issues an unjustified complaint, a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards our return policy and etc.

Miscellaneous

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. California State orders must add applicable sales tax of 8.25%. If tax exempt, please include a resale certificate. We assume no liability associated with product usage. The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of these products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with a product return.

All box cameras DO Not come with a lens unless otherwise specified.
